摘    要:玉米肽对四氯化碳和硫代乙酰胺引起的小鼠急性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用 ,抑制血清中谷丙转氨酶活性的升高 ,降低丙二醛含量并增加肝糖原含量 ,对乙硫氨酸引起的小鼠脂肪肝中三酸甘油脂含量也具有明显的降低作用

Abstract:The mice were injected with carbon tetrachloride and thioacetamide (TAA) to induce acute hepatic injuries and the protective effect of Yumitai was investigated. Yumitai could suppress the elevation of glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) in the serum of mice, decreased the liver melondialdehyde contents and increased the liver glycogen contents of CCl 4 and TAA intoxicated ice. Yumitai could significantly decrease the ethionine induced triglyceride content of liver fat in mice.
