铍宝软膏治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

目的 了解铍宝软膏治疗慢性湿疹的疗效、不良反应和耐受性.方法 将86例慢性湿疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组46例,采用铍宝软膏外涂;对照组40例,采用澳能乳膏外涂,均用药2周.结果 治疗组有效率89.1%,对照组有效率70.0%,两组相比(χ2=5.363,P＞0.05),无显著性差异.结论 铍宝软膏治疗慢性湿疹疗效较好,没有激素所有的副作用,且能较长期维持治疗,可减少治疗慢性湿疹对糖皮质激素的依赖和不良反应.

The observation of the curative effect of Pibao ointment in treatment of chronic eczema

Objective To realize the curative effect,unhealthy reaction of Pibao ointment in treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 86 patients were divided into two groups in random,the study group was prescribed with Pibao ointment; the control group was prescribed with Aoneng cream,the course was 2 weeks in both groups. Results efficacy of the study group was 89.1%,efficacy of the control group was 70%,the two groups were compared (x2=5.363,P>0.05),no obviously differences. Conclusions the Pibao ointment was in good curative effect in treatment of chronic eczema,no side effects of hormone,and it can be used of a long term,therefore the dependence and unhealthy reaction in treatment of chronic eczema can be reduced.
