| 摘 要： | 目的：随访调查脊髓型颈椎病患者术后生活质量，探讨影响脊髓型颈椎病患者手术预后的因素。方法：评估本科186例脊髓型颈椎病患者随访时的四肢肌力，感觉异常的平面，有无括约肌功能障碍，患肢精细活动能力，有无头昏头痛及其余不适症状或体征，并记录分析。结果：术后平均随访3年，所有186例患者中，优82例，良62例，可19例，差13例。结论：脊髓型颈椎病的预后至少与适应证的选择、脊髓压迫的程度、手术技巧及术后康复锻炼有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the postoperative life of patients with cervical spondylosis so as to find out the factors that affect the prognosis.Methods:One-hundred and eighty-six cases were followed up about their symptom and sign for 3 years postoperatively,and their clinical data were analyzed.Result:Among all the patients,82 showed excellent recovery,62 were good.Conclusion:The prognosis of cervical spondylosis is related at least to indication,the extent of spinal cord compression,surgical technique and postoperative physical training. |
