颅骨缺损合并脑积水的同期手术治疗

摘    要:目的总结颅骨缺损合并脑积水的同期行分流与颅骨修补手术治疗的临床经验。方法 13例颅骨缺损患者(10例外伤性,2例高血压脑出血术后,1例大面积脑梗死术后)合并慢性脑积水,同期行脑室腹腔分流与颅骨缺损修补。结果术后无颅内感染,术后近期观察9例患者意识及神经功能障碍不同程度改善。远期随访,所有患者神经功能均有不同程度改善。结论颅骨缺损合并脑积水的同期手术可有效改善神经功能,降低分期手术费用。

Abstract:Objective To summarize clinical experiences of synchronization cranioplasty and ventriculoperitoneal shunt for treatment of patient with skull defect complicated hydrocephalus.Methods A series of 13 patients with skull defect complicated hydrocephalus(1 cases with traumatic,2 postoperative cases with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,1 postoperative case with massive cerebral infarction) were underwent synchronization cranioplasty and ventriculoperitoneal shunt.Results The intracranial infection did not occurred in all cases.Nine of 13 patients had improvement with consciousness and nerve function after operation.The clinical symptoms improved in all patients during long-term follow-up.Conclusion Conclusion The synchronization cranioplasty and ventriculoperitoneal shunt for treatment of patient with skull defect complicated hydrocephalus can improve consciousness and nerve function.The cost can be cut down than that of staging operation.
