| 摘 要： | 目的探讨下肢骨折围手术期护理措施对患者康复的影响。方法2003年12月至2006年12月共手术治疗下肢骨折患者196例，入院后立即评估患者病情，进行针对性护理，术前进行心理指导、术前准备，术后严密监护、预防并发症、指导患者功能锻炼。结果通过精心心理指导、术前准备及术后护理，所有患者住院期间心理状态稳定，无护理并发症发生，术后下肢功能恢复良好。结论合理的护理措施有利于避免并发症、促进下肢功能恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of perioperative nursing in lower limb fractures. Methods From Dec. 2003 to Dec. 2006,196 patients were admitted for surgery because of lower limb fracture. The general condition was evaluated immediately after admission, then psychological care, preoperative preparation were performed. The intensive care was performed postoperativly to prevent complications, the patients were supervised to do functional exercise. Results There was no psychological aberration. With proper nursing care,all the patients obtained good outcome with no complications after surgery. Conclusion Proper nursing care is necessary to prevent complications and promote limb function recovery. |
