| 摘 要： | 王松龄教授根据近十年来中医药对脑梗死并存睡眠呼吸暂停综合征病因病机的认识并结合长期临床的经验,提出了该病主要病因病机为痰浊、瘀血闭塞机窍的观点,并运用化痰祛瘀开窍方治疗脑梗死合并OSAHS,取得了较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Wang Songling professor maintained that the etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis is sensory orifices blocked by phlegm and blood stasis,based on the cognition of cerebral infarction with sleep apnea syndrome in a decade and long-term clinical experience .The treatment of cerebral infarction with OSAHS by preparation of removing blood stasis and dissipating phlegm for resuscitation had got good curative effectiveness. |
