| 摘 要： | 目的：阐明剖宫产术易导致腹壁子宫内膜异住症的发生使同行重视。方法：回顾性分析3291例剖宫产术的资料。结果：有6例发生于腹壁子宫内膜异位症。结论：患者经手术切除病灶，术后随访2年均未见复发。腹壁子宫内膜异位症临床少见．发生于剖宫产后，随着剖宫产率的增加，剖宫产后腹壁子宫内膜异位症应引起同行们的重视。

| Abstract: | Aim: to attract people's attention of endometriosis resulting from Caesarean lection. Method: retrospective analysis of 3,291 cases. Result: There are six cases of endometriosis resulting from Caesarean lection. Conclusion: The patients recovered when they were followed and researched within two years after the operation. |
