克王痛、云南白药、正红花油对输液性静脉炎的疗效对比研究

目的比较克痛王、云南白药、正红花油对输液性静脉炎的疗效。方法将51例输液性静脉炎随机分为三组,每组17例,分别以3次/d用克王痛溶液、正红花油涂搽患部及用云南白药气雾剂喷涂患部。结果三组均无无效病例,但克王痛组治愈13例,正红花油组治愈5例,云南白药组治愈6例。克王痛组治愈率明显高于其他两组(P均<0.05),而其他两组间,则无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论克王痛、正红花油、云南白药对输液性静脉炎,均有一定疗效,但克王痛疗效更为显著。

Contrasting of Curative Effect among Ketongwang Yunnanbaiyao and Zhenghonghuayou on Phlebitis

Objective To contrast the curative effect on phlebitis after topical application among the three traditional Chinese drugs, ketongwang, yunnanbaiyao and zhenghonghuayou.Methods All the 51 cases were divided into three groups (17 cases per group), to which various forms of the three drugs were applied on the local skins thrice per day.Results All the three drugs took effect. The cure rate of ketongwang (15/21) was obviously higher than that of the other two groups (6/21, 5/21, respectively, P<0.05).Conclusion Ketongwang, yunnanbaiyao, and zhenghonghuayou all take curative effect on phlebitis after topical application, but the first one, ketongwang gains the advantage over the others.
