| 摘 要： | 最近发现RBC不仅司呼吸功能,而且还具有一系列免疫功能,其中最重要的是清除异物和循环免疫复合物(CIC)。鉴于流行性出血热(EHF)中晚期发病免疫复合物起重要作用,故本文检测了EHF各期病人RBC免疫功能,血清中C_3及CIC。结果表明,各期病人RBC免疫功能及C_3均明显降低,CIC明显升高,提示EHF病人RBC排除异物和CIC的功能降低。

| Abstract: | It is found that RBC has not only respiratory function, but also a series of immune functions. The most important one is the clearing of CIC. So RBC immune function,C_3 and CIC level in patients with EHF of different phases were measured in this paper. The results showed that RBC immune function and C_3 level decreased markedly and CIC level increased obviously in the patients with EHF. It's suggested that RBC immune system and complement might play an important role in the cIearing of CIC in patients with EHF. |
