针刺神经点辅以弹拨法治疗脑梗死

【目的】观察针刺神经点辅以弹拨法治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。【方法】以针刺神经点、手法应用弹拨法治疗脑梗死患者（CT或MRI确诊）85例，并设立针刺传统穴位85例作为对照，观察临床疗效。【结果】针刺神经点组总有效率（治疗组）97．65％，显著优于针刺传统穴位组（对照组）（78．82％），P〈0．01。治疗组中50岁以下组有效率91．89％，显著优于50岁以上组（60．41％），P〈0．05；治疗组中病程15天以下组总显效率94．59％，显著优于15天以上组（52．08％），P〈0．01。【结论】针刺神经点、手法应用弹拨法可以提高脑梗死患者的疗效，年龄小、病程短者效果较好。

Clinical observation of acupuncture and flicking-pocking in treating cerebral infarction in 85 cases

Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and flicking-pocking on cerebral infarction. Methods] One hundred and seventy patients diagnosed by the examinations of CT and MRI were divided into treatment groups （85, acupuncture and flicking-pocking） and contrel group （85, traditional method） randomly. Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group （97.65 % ） was obvious and it was superior to control group （78.82 % ） （P 〈 0.05 ） . The therapeutic effect in the patients of group （age 〈 50, duration of illness 〈 15 d） was better than that in the patients of group （age≥50, duration of illness≥15 d） in the treatment group. Conclusions] The acupuncture and flick-pocking may increase the therapeutic effect of cerebral infarction, the better therapeutic effect, the younger and the shorter duration of illness.
