| 摘 要： | 本文对71例甲状腺癌术后病理诊断和术前针吸细胞学诊断进行回顾性研究。结果表明,针吸细胞学诊断甲状腺癌60例,符合率84.51%(60/71)。本文就针吸细胞学检查对甲状腺癌的早期诊断价值,镜下特点及如何提高甲状腺癌的诊断准确率加以探讨。

| Abstract: | Seventy-one case of postoperative pathology diagnosed thyroid cancer were studied in retrospect with preoperative fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC). The result showed that 60/71 thyroid cancer were diagnosed with FNAC. The conformation rate between cytology and pathology was 84.5%. The values of early diagnosis of thyroid caner with FNAC, cytological characteristics ways to increase diagnostic accuracy of thyroid cancer diagnostic were discussed. |
