摘    要:目的探讨功能性便秘患者胃肠激素及一氧化氮(NO)的变化,以及它们可能的作用和临床意义。方法采用放免等方法测定了35例符合罗马Ⅱ便秘诊断标准的慢性便秘患者和11例正常对照者乙状结肠黏膜内血管活性肠肽(VIP)、生长抑素(SS)、P物质(SP)、胃动素(MTL)及一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)的含量。结果VIP、SS和NOS在便秘组显著高于正常人(P<0.01);MTL在便秘组显著低于正常人(P<0.01);SP在正常人和便秘组之间无差别(P>0.05)。结论功能性便秘患者存在着VIP、SS和MTL的含量和NOS的活性异常,并且这些异常在其发病中起着重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the possible role and the clinical significance of the gastrointestinal hormone and nitric oxide (NO) in functional constipation. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to examine the contents of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), somatostatin (SS), substance P (SP), motilin (MTL) and nitric oxide synthetase (NOS) of sigmoid mucosa in 35 chronic functional constipation (CFC) and 11 normal con-torls. Results VIP, SS and NOS were significantly higher in CFC than in normal subjects (P < 0.01); MTL was significantly lower in CFC than that in normal subjects (P< 0.01); the contents of SP was not significantly different between chronic functional constipation and normal subjects (P > 0.05). Conclusions There are abnormal activities in contents of VIP, SS, MTL and NOS in patients with functional constipation , and these changes play important roles in the pathogenesis of chronic functional constipation.
