| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗氧化剂维生素C、E在治疗病毒性心肌炎过程中的重要作用。方法体外培养乳鼠心肌细胞，分别在感染柯萨奇B3病毒前后加入一定浓度的维生素C、E及其合剂，待病毒对照组细胞病变达 时，以MTT法测定细胞存活率，应用全自动生化分析仪测定细胞上清液中的心肌酶活性。结果实验组的细胞存活率明显高于病毒对照组，心肌酶活性明显低于病毒对照组。结论维生素C、E对病毒感染的心肌细胞具有一定的保护作用，联合使用的效果明显优于单独使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the important effects of anti-oxidant Vitamin C and Vitamin E on treating myocarditis.Methods To culture cardial muscle cells in vitro,Vitamin C and Vitamin E were added into the cells infected by CoxB 3.When cells of virus control group pathologically change to CEP(++++),survival rate of cells was detected with MTT,Cardiac Enzyme were detected with full automatic biochemical instruments.Results Cell survival rate of experiment group is much higher than that of virus control group,Cardiac Enzyme activity is lower than that of virus control group.Conclusions Vitamin C and Vitamin E have protective effect on cardiac muscle cells infected by virus.Combined Vitamin C with Vitamin E show stronger activity than Vitamin C or Vitamin E. |
