PI3K/Akt信号通路与胰岛素抵抗的研究进展

摘    要:胰岛素信号转导在胰岛素生理作用的发挥中起着至关重要的作用,其减弱或受阻,使得胰岛素生理作用减弱,导致IR形成。本文概述了PI3K/Akt通路成员及功能,与IR关系及临床药物应用等研究进展。

Abstract:Insulin signal transduction play an improtant role in the physiological function of insulin.Its weakening or disorder can make the physiological function of insulin weaken,and cause the formation of IR,the paper summarized the members of PI3K/Akt access and its function,relations with IR and clinical application of drugs,and so on.
