| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗笔记对糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响效果。方法对52例接受普通健康教育后治疗依从性差的患者实施护理干预,观察其效果。结果通过治疗笔记干预,糖尿病患者治疗依从性明显提高。结论治疗笔记能有效提高糖尿病患者治疗依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects on diabetes treatment compliance with notes of diabetes combined treatment of diabetic health education.Methods The effects were observed on implement of nursing intervention on 52 cases of type 2 diabetes who has poor treatment compliance after receiving general health education.Results Intervention by notes of diabetes significantly increases treatment compliance of patients.Conclusion Notes of diabetes combined with diabetic health education is better than simple health education on diabetes to improve patient treatment compliance. |
