食管癌伴糖尿病病人围手术期的健康教育

目的]探讨健康教育在食管癌伴糖尿病病人围手术期中的效果。方法]选择我院2003年4月—2006年12月收治的食管癌伴糖尿病病人25例作为观察组,于术前、术后按健康教育计划对每位病人采取不同形式的健康教育;选择我院2000年10月—2003年3月收治的食管癌伴糖尿病病人25例作为对照组,采取一般的常规护理。观察两组病人术后并发症情况。结果]观察组术后并发症明显少于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]对食管癌伴糖尿病围手术期的病人实施系统化的健康教育,有利于病人的康复。

Peri-operative health education for esophageal carcinoma patients complicated with diabetes mellitus

Objective:To probe into the effect of perioperative health education for esophageal carcinoma patients complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 25 esophageal carcinoma patients complicated with diabetes mellitus who had been hospitalized from April in 2003 to December in 2006 in our hospital were selected as test group. Different styles of health education had given for each patient based on health education plans before and after operation. And another 25 esophageal carcinoma patients complicated with diabetes mellitus who had been hospitalized from October in 2000 to March in 2003 in our hospital were selected as control group. They had been provided for general routine nursing care. Then postoperative complications of both group cases were observed. Results: Postoperative complications of the test group cases were fewer than that of control group. There was statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:To carry out systematized perioperative health education for esophageal carcinoma patients complicated with diabetes mellitus is helpful to their rehabilitation.
