云南省跨境人口艾滋病病毒感染状况及影响因素调查

目的了解云南省边境地区跨境人口的艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染情况及其影响因素。方法采用统一的调查问卷,对目标人群进行询问,并采血检测HIV抗体。结果共有1 093人接受问卷调查并采留血样检测HIV抗体,32人确证阳性,阳性率为2.9%。阳性者中22人来自越南,10人来自缅甸。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,文化程度、有无临时/商业性伴、原籍何处等与HIV感染有关,而HIV相关知识知晓率与感染无关。结论云南省边境地区跨境流动人口的HIV感染率较高,传播风险较大。应针对跨境流动人口的特点探索积极、有效的艾滋病综合防治策略与措施。

Prevalence of HIV infection and its related factors among cross-border migrant population in Yunnan Province

Objective This study was performed to understand HIV infection and its related factors among cross-border mobile population in Yunnan Province.Methods A survey was conducted among cross-border mobile population settled in this province with uniform questionnaire and their blood samples were taken for HIV antibody test.Results Totally,1 093 people accepted HIV antibody test and positive result was found in 32 of them,22 of whom from Vietnam and 10 from Myanma.Multivariate Logistic regression showed that HIV infection was associated with their level of education,sexual partner and home country they came from,but not with their awareness of knowledge about HIV prevention.Conclusions Prevalence of HIV infection was much higher among cross-border mobile population than that in general population,which indicated higher risk for HIV transmission among them and effective countermeasures for HIV/AIDS prevention and control should be explored for them.
