| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮给药治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法188例秋季腹泻患儿，在常规维持水电解质酸碱平衡基础上，48例予病毒唑及思密达为对照组；140例为观察组，其中95例经皮给药，45例予更昔洛韦。结果经皮给药观察组疗效明显优于对照组和更昔洛韦组。结论经皮给药治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the therapeutic effects of givinig medicine by the skin surface on infants with autumn diarrhea. Methods] 188 infants suffered from autumn diarrhea, on the routine basis of keeping water and electrolyte and sour alkali balanced, 48 infants with virazole and smecta were control group. 140 infants were observing group (95 given medicines by the skin surface; 45 with ganciclovir). Results] The curative effects of giving medicine by the skin surface was obviously superior to the contrasting the group and group with ganciclovir. Conclusions] Effect on treatment of infants suffered from autumn diarrhea with the medicines by the skin surface is marked and it is worth applying populanly. |
