| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气严重程度与呼吸机使用最适压力的关系。方法：按时间顺序收集36例在我院睡眠呼吸中心确诊为阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征者的呼吸暂停低通气指数数据及压力滴定数据，做分组对应分析。结果：最适压力与OSAHS患者病情严重程度等因素无明显相关。结论：呼吸机治疗是OSAHS的重要治疗手段，压力滴定是呼吸机治疗的前提，不能依据病情严重程度决定压力水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between serious degree of OSAHS and optimal pressure of ventilation.Methods Data of titrationing pressure and apnea hypoventilation index were collected and analyed in chronological order in 36 patients final diagnosed with OSAHS in Center of Sleep Respiration Monitoring.Results Optimal pressure of ventilation wasn't correlated to stage of patients with OSAHS.Conclusion Ventilation is an important method for OSAHS. Titrationing is needed for suggesting the optimum CPAP setting. |
