品管圈活动在提高结肠镜患者肠道清洁度中的作用

目的：探讨品管圈（QCC）活动在提高住院结肠镜患者肠道清洁度中的作用。方法：选择本院本科2013年7月行口服泻药方法肠镜检查患者100例为活动前组;选择2013年11月行口服泻药方法肠镜检查患者100例患者为活动后组,成立品管圈,以提高结肠镜患者口服泻药的肠道清洁度为活动主题,采取现状把握、设定目标、分析原因、制定对策、对策的实施及效果确认等措施,统计两组患者肠道清洁达标率,处理问题能力、专业知识、文献检索、主动服务、团队精神、沟通能力评分。结果：活动后组患者肠道清洁达标率为98%（98/100）,显著高于活动前组的61%（61/100）（P〈0.05）。品管圈活动后圈员处理问题能力、专业知识、文献检索、主动服务、团队精神、沟通能力评分显著高于活动前（P〈0.01）。结论：运用品管圈对住院结肠镜患者口服泻药的肠道清洁进行管理,不仅可提高肠道清洁达标率,还提升了护士问题处理能力、专业知识、文献检索、主动服务意识、团队协助精神、沟通能力。

Quality control circle activity in improving intestinal tract cleanliness of patients undergoing colonoscopy

Objective：To investigate the role of quality control circle activity in improving intestinal tract cleanliness of patients undergoing colonoscopy. Methods：100 patients who underwent colonoscopy in July 2013 and received oral laxatives were selected as the pre-activity group. Another 100 who underwent colonoscopy in November 2013 and received oral laxatives were selected as the post-activity group. Quality control circle was established to focus on activities towards improving intestinal tract cleanliness of patients who underwent colonoscopy after oral laxatives. The current situation, goal setting, reason analysis, strategy formulation, implementation and effects verification of the strategy, and other measures were adopted. The control rates of intestinal tract cleanliness of the two groups were statistically analyzed. The scores of problem-solving ability, professional knowledge,information retrieval,active service,team spirit and communication skills were assessed. Results：The control rate of intestinal tract cleanliness in patients of the post-activity group was 98% （ 98/100） , significantly higher than the 61% （61/100） of the pre-activity group （P＆lt;0.05）.After the quality control circle activity,the scores of problem-solving ability, professional knowledge, information retrieval, active service, team spirit and communication skills of the members were significantly higher than those before the treatment （ P＆lt;0. 01）.Conclusion：Using quality control circle to regulate intestinal tract cleanliness of hospitalized patients who underwent colonoscopy and received oral laxative can not only improve the control rate of intestinal tract cleanliness,but also promote the problem-solving ability,professional knowledge,information retrieval,initiative of active service,team cooperation spirit and communication skills of the nurses.
