北京市石景山区某市场流动人员AIDS知识现状调查

目的 了解北京市石景山区某市场流动人员的来源、构成、文化水平、艾滋病病毒伎滋病（HIV／AIDS）相关知识、对HIV／AIDS患者的态度及其知识来源。方法 对北京市石景山区某市场内外来经商人员进行问卷调查，内容包括流动人员人口学现状、HIV／AIDS相关知识知晓情况、对待艾滋病感染者的态度和主要知识来源等。结果 受访者对HIV／AIDS的性、血液和母婴三种传播途径的知晓率分别达到68．9％、77．1％和72．2％，对AIDS普遍存在恐惧。受访者获得AIDS知识主要是通过电视，只有〈20％的人接受过各种形式的HIV／AIDS相关健康教育。结论 北京市石景山区某市场流动人员大多数为处于性活跃期的年轻人群，收入和文化水平低，对HIV／AIDS相关知识还存在模糊，应当加强AIDS健康教育和大众媒体宣传。

Survey on AIDS related knowledge among floating population in a market of Shijingshan district,Beijing

Objective To investigate origins,composition,education background and HIV related knowledge of floating population in a market of Shijingshan district of Beijing,as well as their attitude to AIDS patients.Method Self-administered questionnaires concerning demographic information,HIV/AIDS related knowledge,attitude to AIDS patients,and the main source of knowledge,etc were filled by all participants and then were collected for analysis.Result The rates of awareness about the three main routes of HIV transmission(sexual contact,blood and mother to child)among the participants were 68.9%,77.1%,and 72.2%,respectively.Most of the participants had stigma of HIV/AIDS.They obtained HIV/AIDS related knowledge mainly by watching TV,and only less than 20% of them received various kinds of relevant health education.Conclusion The majority of the floating population in this marker are sexually active young people with lower education and less earnings,and have poor understanding of HIV/AIDS,and therefore HIV/AIDS related health education and media publicity should be strengthened accordingly.
