| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT扫描在胸部创伤早期诊断中的作用。材料和方法回顾性分析了79例胸部创伤患者的CT表现，并将其与平片结果进行对比。结果CT扫描可以及时诊断平片不能发现的轻微肺挫伤、少量气胸、纵隔少量积气、少量胸腔积液(血)、隐匿性肋骨骨折(包括肋软骨骨折)、心包少量积血(液)及被掩盖的病变。结论CT在胸部创伤的诊断过程中起着举足轻重的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the role of CT scanning in the early diagnosis of thoracic trauma.Material and Methods The CT findings of 79 cases of thoracic trauma were analyzed retrospectively and compared those with the results of plain films.Results CT could early diagnosis slight injuries, such as pulmonary contusion, pneumothorax, pneumomidiastinum, hemomidiastinum, hemothorax, pleural effusion, obscure rib fractures and pericardial collections of fluid, most of which were could not see clearly in plain film.Conclusions CT had a high value in early diagnosis of thoracic trauma. |
