胃肠道肿瘤影像诊断技术进展有评价

用于胃肠检查的影像学诊断技术有多种，最常用的方法有胃肠钡剂检查，CT和MRI，近年发展的新的技术有：螺旋CT口服法小肠造影，胃肠道螺旋CT三维重建，螺旋CT胃，结肠空气铸型成像；肠道MRI不成象，MR结肠造影，以及CT＜MRI仿真内窥镜技术，各种新技术在胃肠道肿瘤诊断领域中发挥了作用，有助于胃肠道肿瘤的诊断和肿瘤侵犯范围的术前评估，本文概述了胃肠道各种影像检查方法的应用价值。并予以评价；辊注意的是：每一种影像检查手段都以其独特的成象原理显示各自的优越性，但也有其相对的局限性，因此，联合应用，互相补充，综合诊断是极为重要的。

Progress and Evaluation in Gastrointestinal Tumor for Diagnosis- Imaging Technique

In the present study, patients with gastrointestinal tumor were examined by using GI barium examination, CT (computed tomography), MRI(magnetic resonnance imaging) . Recently, the rapid development of imaging diagnosis techniques provide a variety of modalities, such as spiral CT (SCT) SCT oral small bowel examination, gastrointestinal tract SCT-3D reformation, SCT gastro-colon air cast imaging. MR hydrography of intestinal tract, MR colonography and CT or MRI virtual endoscopy. Various new techniques are accepted as the diagnostic imaging tool for the gastrointestinal neoplasm and may be helpful for staging tumor befor operation. This article introduces the clinical applications and evaluates the various examination methods in GI tract. Especially, various imaging modalities in modern imageology have made full use of the advantage of imaging characterization and also limitation as well as being avoided the deficit of them. Combined evaluation of new options have considerable potential for diagnosis GI neoplasms.
