河南省上蔡县不同人群艾滋病知识、态度和行为调查分析

目的：了解上蔡县不同人群艾滋病知识、态度及相关行为,为制订艾滋病防治策略提供依据。方法：对15～49岁村民、中学生、艾滋病毒感染者/患者（PLWHA）和暗娼（CSW）分别采用二阶段整群抽样和方便样本法进行艾滋病知识、态度与行为的问卷调查,并用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。结果：共调查村民442例、中学生772例、PLWHA369例及CSW150例。四种人群关于艾滋病知识的5个问题总计正确率分别是72.2%、84.6%、95.9%、85.3%,各人群之间差异有统计学意义（χ2=80.73,P〈0.001）。四种人群愿意与感染HIV的熟人继续来往的比率依次为77.8%、77.6%、98.4%和52.7%。PLWHA人群在过去3个月内有过性生活者占总数的71.5%,安全套每次使用率为92.0%。CSW人群最近一次插入性商业性性行为时安全套使用率为86.7%;过去3个月与客人和过去一个月与固定性发生性关系时安全套每次使用率分别是84.7%和12.0%;最近6个月均为注射过毒品。结论：上蔡县各种人群对艾滋病知识还有不同程度误解,仍存在传播艾滋病的危险行为。建议针对不同人群还应进一步采取不同形式开展广泛深入的艾滋病知识宣传和行为干预。

Analysis on AIDS related knowledge, attitude and behavior among the different crowds in Shangcai Country of Henan Province

Objective： To investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior associated with AIDS among the different population groups in Shangeai, and to provide evidence for the development of intergrated control measures. Methods： A crosssectional survey with questionnaire was conducted among villagers of 15-49, middle school students, people living with HIV/AIDS （PLWHA） and commercial sex workers （CSW） by two-stage cluster sampling or convenience sampling methods. The data were analyzed by SPSSll.5. Results： 442 villagers, 772 middle school students, 369 PLWHA and 150 CSW were investigated. The right ratios of the five knowledge of AIDS questions among the four population groups were 72.2%, 84.6%, 95.9% and 85.3%, respectively, and there were significant differences among the four ratios （X^2=80.73,P〈0.001）. The rates of the four crowds who were willing to continue affiliating with the infecting-HIV was 77.8%, 77.6%, 98.4% and 52.7% , respectively. The percentage of the PLWHA who had sexual behaviors in the past 3 months was 71.5%, with the rate of using condoms 92.0%. The using-condoms rate of the nearest once commercial sexual behaviors of the CSW was 86.7%, and hadn＇t injected drugs in the past 6 months. Conclusion： The misapprehend toward HIV/AIDS is still exist a mong different crowds, there are still some dangerous behaviors spreading HIV. The suggestion that the educations of different and behavior intervention should be carried out aiming at different crowds for preventing AIDS.
