综合性护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生存质量的影响

目的探讨综合性护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生存质量的影响。方法选择100例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合性护理干预。观察两组的护理干预前后生存质量和6 min步行距离改变情况。结果观察组护理干预后的6 min步行距离与对照组护理干预后的6 min步行距离比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理干预后的情绪、症状、体力限制、社会限制评分分别和对照组干预后的评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合性护理干预能够改善慢性心力衰竭患者生存质量,改善心功能,护理效果显著。

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in pa-tients with chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 100 cases with chronic heart failure were selected and randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing interventions.The quality of life and 6 minutes walking distance in two groups was observed before and after nursing intervention. Results The 6 minutes walking distance in the observation group after nursing intervention compared with that in the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The scores of mood, symptoms,physical limitations,social constraints in the observation group after intervention compared those in the con trol group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure,improve heart function,nursing effect is significant.
