新辅助化疗联合保乳术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果分析

目的分析新辅助化疗联合保乳术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法收集2010年7月-2012年7月本院收治的60例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者采取传统乳腺癌根治术治疗,治疗组患者采取新辅助化疗联合保乳术治疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者的复发率及远处转移率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论新辅助化疗联合保乳术治疗乳腺癌的创伤较小、功能恢复快、住院时间短,可改善患者的预后,值得临床推广。

Clinical effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast-con-serving for the patients with early breast cancer

Objective To explore the clinical effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast-conserving for the patients with early breast cancer. Methods 60 patients with early breast cancer treated in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were collected and divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）.The control group were treated by traditional breast cancer radical surgery,the treatment group were treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast-conserving.The clinical effects were compared for the two groups. Results The to-tal effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group were higher than that of the control group （63.33%） （P〈0.05）.The time of operation,intraoperatve blood soss,hospital stays for the treatment group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference on the rate of recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate （P〉0.05）. Conclu-sion The clinical effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast-conserving for the patients with early breast cancer is good,it has small trauma,functional recovery fast,with shorter hospitalization time,improving the progno-sis of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
