阿奇霉素联合红蓝光治疗脓疱型痤疮的临床效果观察

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合红蓝光治疗脓疱型痤疮的临床效果。方法选择2012年4月-2013年6月在本院进行治疗的脓疱型痤疮患者180例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组单纯以阿奇霉素进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合红蓝光进行治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为97.8%,对照组总有效率为77.8%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组皮损数目均减少（P〈0.05）,且观察组的减少情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组无一例出现不良反应,观察组有3例存在眼部不适感,治疗后自动消失,不影响治疗效果。结论阿奇霉素联合红蓝光治疗脓疱型痤疮,临床效果较理想,可减少患者的皮损数目,有效改善患者皮肤质量,值得临床广泛应用。

Clinical effect observation of azithromycin combined with red and blue light in the treatment of pustular acne

Objective To explore the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with red and blue light in the treatment of pustular acne. Methods 180 patients with pustular acne treated in our hospital from April 2012 to June 2013 were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control group.0nly azithromycin was provided to control group, while red and blue light was added to observation group on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.8%,while in the control group,it was 77.8%, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the number of skin lesions decreased compared with before treat-ment,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;and reduction in the observation group was obviously superior to that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.There were no adverse reaction occurred in the control group,while in the observation group,3 patients presented with eye discomfort,but disappeared spontaneously after treatment,which did-n’t influence on therapeutic effect. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with red and blue light in the treatment of pus-tular acne can obtain an optimal effect,can effectively reduce the number of skin lesions,which improves patient’s qual-ity of skin,which can be extensively applied in clinic.
