川崎病患儿C反应蛋白与血小板计数的变化与冠状动脉病变的关系

目的 :研究川崎病患儿C反应蛋白与血小板计数变化与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法 :用全自动免疫比浊定量分析法和全自动血细胞计数仪测定 2 9例川崎病患儿CRP水平和血小板计数及其动态变化。结果 :川崎病患儿首次测定的CRP(52± 18)g/L及血小板计数 (586± 12 8)× 10 9/L均显著高于急性感染组和正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,但急性感染组和正常对照组二组参数比较差异均无显著意义 (P >0 0 5)。动态观察发现 :川崎病组未并发冠脉病变组二项参数均较治疗前低 (CRP及血小板成对比较的t值分别为 13 6与 16,P <0 0 1) ,而并发冠扩组CRP与血小板计数持续升高 ,与治疗前无差异 (CRP及血小板计数的成对比较t值分别为 0 86与 0 0 8,P >0 0 5)。结论 :CRP水平与血小板计数的动态测定有助于对川崎病患儿并发冠脉损伤的早期判断

Relationship between the Change of C-reactive Protein、Platelet Count and the Pathological Change of Coronary Artery in Children with Kawasaki Disease

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the c ha nge of C-reactive protein,platelet count and the pathological change of coronar y artery in children with Kawasaki disease.Methods:Full-automatic i mmunologic turbidimetric quantitative analysis and full-automatic hemocytometer were used to determine the CRP level、platelet count and their dynamic changes in 29 children with Kawasaki disease.Results:The first determined CR P(52±18)g/L and platelet count (586±128)×10 9/L in Kawasai disease g roup were obviously higher than that in acute infection group and control group (P<0 01), but no significant difference was found when compared the two sets of p arameters between the acute infection group and control group(P>0 05).Dyna mic observation showed that the two parameters of Kawasaki disease group which w as not complicated with coronary artery lesion were lower than those before trea tment (the t values of paired comparison for CRP and platelet were 13.6 and 16 re spectively,P<0 01);the CRP level and platelet count in Kawasaki disease gr oup complicated with coronary artery dilatation remained high,and it were of no difference in comparison with those before treatment (the t values of paired com parison for CRP and platelet were 0.86 and 0.08 respectively,P>0 05).Conclusion:The dynamic determination of CRP level and platelet account is conducive to the early diagnosis of complicated coronary artery dilatation in k awasaki disease children.
