| 摘 要： | 目的；对31例患模拟定位机引导下经皮肺穿刺术的临床应用进行评估。方法：模拟定位机引导定位下用DLTRA-CUT活检针进行穿刺活检。结果；31例均穿刺成功，获得组织学资料，病理组织学检查符合率为87.1%(27/31)。并发症3例（9.7%），其中气胸2例，血痰1例。结论：模拟定位机引导下经皮肺穿刺术为肺内占位灶明确诊断提供了一种安全、有效的检查手段，减少了开胸探查手术。

| Abstract: | Objective:To estimate effect of clinical application of percutaneous lung puncture biopsy guided by simulator in 31 cases.Method:Biopsy was performed with DLTRA-CUT biopsy needle guided and located by simulator.Results:Histological materials were available by means of successful punctures in 31 cases.The diagnostic accuracy rate of the histologically examined lesions was 87 1%(27/33).Complications occurred in 3 cases(9 7%),including 2 cases of pneumothorax and 1 case of hemoptysis.Conclusion:Percutaneous puncture biopsy of lung guided by simulator offers a safe and effective examining means for definite diagnosis of focus inside the lung and lessens the exploratory operation by means of theoracotomy. |
