长柄人工股骨头置换治疗老年骨质疏松粉碎性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床研究

目的　观察长柄人工股骨头置换治疗老年骨质疏松病人粉碎性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法　从 2 0 0 0年 9月～2 0 0 3年 6月共治疗、随访观察 5 6例符合病例选择标准的患者 ,采用长柄人工股骨头置换治疗。结果　术后 5 6例患者住院时间、负重行走时间及并发症观察随访情况均优于传统内固定方法。结论　对于年龄 70岁以上 ,患有骨质疏松 ,不稳定、粉碎性粗隆间骨折的患者采用长柄人工股骨头置换治疗是可行的。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Old Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture by Long-stem Femur Prosthetic Replacement

Objective To evaluate the clinical results of long-stem femur prosthetic replacement for the treatment of old patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods Fifty-six cases of old patients with intertrochanteric fracture were treated with long-stem femur prosthetic replacement from 9,2000 to 6,2003.The clinical results of long-stem femur prosthetic replacement for the treatment of old patients with intertrochanteric fracture were observed.Results All 56 patients with long-stem femur prosthetic replacement had excellent clinical results,much better than internal fixation of old patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Conclusion The technique of long-stem femur prosthetic replacement for the treatment of old(>70-year) patients with intertrochanteric fracture was to recover functional activity earlier and reduce their complications.
