苦参碱对K562细胞增殖抑制与诱导分化的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察苦参碱对K562细胞的增殖抑制和诱导分化作用。方法:以K562细胞为实验对象,采用体外培养技术,通过细胞生长曲线、细胞形态、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性测定方法观察苦参碱的作用。结果:浓度为0.2-0.3mg/ml的苦参碱对K562细胞有明显的增殖抑制与诱导分化作用,实验组细胞的数量,形态和生化代谢都发生了变化。结论:这一结果将对白血病的诱导分化治疗提供有力的实验依据。

Abstract:To observe the effect of sophocarpidine on the proliferation inhibition and inducing differentiation to K562 cells. Methods:K562 cells were culture in vitro and observations were made on sophocarpidine by observing the cell growth curves,morphology and LDH detection. Results:Sophocarpidine at the concentration of 0.2 to 0.3mg/ml had the proliferation inhibition and inducing differentiation effects. Significant changes were observed in the cell morphology,cell numbers and biochemical metabolisms. Conclusions:The present result provided an experimental evidence to the inducing differentiation therapy of the leukemia
