西酞普兰联合普瑞巴林对椎体压缩性骨折患者睡眠、情绪和疼痛的影响

目的探讨西酞普兰联合普瑞巴林对接受椎体成形术治疗的椎体压缩性骨折患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院97例拟行椎体成形术治疗的椎体压缩性骨折患者,采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组48例采用普瑞巴林治疗,观察组49例增加西酞普兰联合治疗,两组患者均于术前1d进行治疗,术后持续治疗13d,总疗程14d,对比两组患者术后12h、1、3、7d疼痛,治疗前后焦虑抑郁情绪及睡眠质量变化,并对比治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果两组患者手术时间、术中骨水泥用量、出血量、术后Cobb角、不良反应发生率及术后12h、1d、3d VAS评分均无明显差异(P>0.05),术后7d观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗14d后,观察组PSQI、SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西酞普兰联合普巴瑞林能够有效改善行椎体成形术治疗的椎体压缩性骨折患者的睡眠质量,减轻术后疼痛,消除焦虑抑郁情绪,且安全性好。

Effect of citalopram combined with pregabalin on the quality of sleep,mood and pain in vertebral compression fractures patients

Objective To analyze the effects of citalopram combined with pregabalin in patients with vertebral compression fractures undergoing vertebroplasty.Methods A total of 97 patients with vertebral compression fractures planned for vertebroplasty in our hospital were selected and grouped by random number table.48 patients in the control group were treated with pregabalin,and 49 patients in the observation group were treated with citalopram.The two groups of patients were treated 1 day before surgery,and continued for 13 days after operation,with a total duration of 14 days.The two groups of patients were compared with pain at 12 hours,1,3,and 7 days after operation.The changes in anxiety,depression,and sleep quality before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative bone cement dosage,bleeding volume,postoperative Cobb angle,incidence of adverse reactions,and VAS scores at 12h,1d,and 3d postoperatively were not significant different between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the PSQI,SDS,and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Citalopram combined with pregabalin can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with vertebral compression fractures treated with vertebroplasty,reduce postoperative pain,and eliminate anxiety and depression with high safety.
