自身免疫甲状腺炎患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及其影响因素

目的调查自身免疫甲状腺炎(AIT)患者焦虑、抑郁自评情况及相关影响因素。方法于2019年5月~2020年5月期间,选择我院收治的100例AIT患者设为研究组,另外选择100例健康体检者设为对照组,根据焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价研究对象的心理状态,测定血清抗a-烯醇化酶抗体(ENO1Ab)滴度与甲状腺功能相关激素,并分析影响因素。结果(1)研究组SAS评分及SDS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)研究组焦虑、抑郁发生率高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)青年患者中研究组与对照组TPOAb与TgAb、ENO1Ab、应对方式、重大生活事件、对待疾病的态度存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论自身免疫甲状腺炎患者常伴有焦虑、抑郁情绪,且影响因素多。

The level of anxiety/depression and their related factors in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis

Objective To determine the level of anxiety and depression in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis(AIT)and analyze their related factors.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,100 AIT patients in our hospital were selected as the study group and 100 health people as the control group.The SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the mood of the subjects,the titer of serum anti eno1ab and thyroid function related hormones were measured,and the influence was analyzed factor.Results(1)The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of anxiety and depression of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)the TPOAb,TGAb and eno1ab of the study group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with autoimmune thyroiditis are often accompanied by anxiety and depression,and there are many influencing factors.
