压力接种联合森田疗法治疗维持性血液透析患者的临床疗效研究

目的探讨压力接种联合森田疗法在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的临床疗效。方法选择2018年2月~2020年2月我院收治的100例MHD患者为主要研究对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予压力接种联合森田疗法干预。比较两组患者干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、心理痛苦筛查工具(DMSM)以及压力知觉量表(PSS)评分。结果干预后,两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、DMSM评分和PSS评分均较前降低,且观察组患者各项评分均显著低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论压力接种联合森田疗法干预能够缓解MHD患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,降低其心理痛苦与心理压力,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of stress inoculation combined with Morita therapy on maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To explore clinical effect of stress inoculation combined with Morita therapy on patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 100 patients with MHD from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and on this basis,the observation group received stress inoculation combined with Morita therapy.The self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score,psychological distress screening tool(DMSM)score and stress perception scale(PSS)score before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Results After intervention,SAS score,SDS score,DMSM score and PSS score in both groups were all lower than before,and all scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stress inoculation combined with Morita therapy can relieve anxiety,depression of MHD patients,reduce their psychological pain and psychological stress,which is worthy of clinical application.
