氟西汀联合奥扎格雷钠对急性缺血性卒中后抑郁患者神经功能及心理状态的影响

目的分析氟西汀联合奥扎格雷钠对急性缺血性卒中后抑郁患者神经功能及心理状态的影响。方法选取2018年2月~2020年2月期间本院收治的113例急性缺血性卒中后抑郁患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为观察组和对照组。对照组56例患者给予奥扎雷纳静脉滴注治疗,观察组57例患者增加氟西汀联合治疗,均持续治疗12周。对比治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、Barthel指数评定量表评分,和超敏C反应蛋白水平变化,及药物安全性。结果治疗4、8、12周后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗12周后,观察组患者的Barthel指数评分高于对照组,SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟西汀联合奥扎格雷钠能够有效缓解急性缺血性卒中后抑郁患者的负面情绪,降低炎性因子水平,促进患者神经功能恢复,提升其生活质量,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of fluoxetine combined with ozagrel sodium on neurological function and mental state of patients with depression after acute ischemic stroke

Objective To analyze the effects of fluoxetine combined with ozagrel sodium on neurological function and mental state of patients with depression after acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 113 patients with depression after acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the control group(56 cases)was given ozagrel sodium,the observation group(57 cases)was treated with fluoxetine.The national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,depression self-rating scale(SDS)score,Barthel index rating scale score,hypersensitivity C-reactive protein level before and after treatment,and drug safety between the two groups were compared.Results After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the NIHSS score and HS-CRP in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the Barthel index score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and SDS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with ozargrel sodium can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with depression after acute ischemic stroke,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,promote the recovery of neurological function,improve their quality of life,and has a high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
