Effect of nabulphine hydrochloride injection on postpartum depression after cesarean section

Objective To investigate the effect of nabulphine hydrochloride injection on postpartum depression after cesarean section.Methods A total of 200 parturient women receiving cesarean section in our hospital were collectedand randomly divided into two groups:observation group(100cases)was treated with nabufine hydrochloride injection,control group(100cases)was treated with sufentanil.Visual analogue pain score(VAS),Ramsay sedation score(RSS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The VAS and RSS scores in the observation group at 6h,12h,24h,48h and 72h after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The SDS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 3d,7d,15d,30d and 90d(P<0.01).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and postpartum depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The use of nabulphine hydrochloride injection in postoperative analgesia after cesarean section can reduce postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of postpartum depression,less adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of promoting.
