| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用综合疗法对大龄儿童及青少年弱视治疗的临床疗效观察.方法:选择能坚持治疗的大龄儿童及青少年弱视患者146例(226眼),采用配戴眼镜、遮盖、压抑、红光闪烁、后像、精细目力、口服左旋多巴片等综合法治疗.结果:220眼视力较治疗前提高2行或2行以上,治疗总有效率达97.00%.8岁～10岁组与11岁～13岁组之间疗效比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05),8岁～10岁与14～17岁组比较疗效差异显著(P＜0.05).结论:使用综合疗法规范治疗大龄儿童及青少年弱视疗效肯定,且中心凹注视的弱视患者经治疗可建立良好的视功能.

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of combining therapy for amblyopia in elder child and adolescent.Methods: 146 patients with 226 eyes were enrolled.
