学习困难儿童智力结构、气质和感觉统合能力分析

目的通过对学习困难儿童智力结构、气质和感觉统合能力的分析探讨，为，临床学习困难儿童的干预提供参考。方法对学习困难组和对照组儿童分别采用中国一韦氏儿童智力量表，3～7岁及8～12岁儿童气质量表，儿童感觉统合能力评定量表，评定儿童智商、智力结构、气质和感觉统合能力。结果学习困难儿童智力水平在正常范围，但低于正常儿童的平均水平，智力发展不平衡，言语智商低于操作智商；其气质类型以难养型、中间偏难养型居多；学习困难组感觉统合能力低于正常对照组，特别是学习基本能力显著落后。结论学习困难儿童具有特征性智力结构，气质特点有独特性，存在明显感觉统合失调，应采取相应的教育措施，针对性地进行专项干预和感觉统合训练。

Analysis on intelligence structure, temperament and sensory integration function for children with learning disorder

Objective To examine the intelligence structure,temperament and sensory integration function for children with learning disorder(LD) and provide the reference to the clinical treatment for LD.Methods C-WISC scale,temperament scale and SIF scale were applied to 65 children with LD and 57 children without LD.Results The VIQ,PIQ and FIQ of children with LD were normal but lower than that of children without LD.There was obvious imbalanced development of intelligence in LD children.VIQ in LD children was lower than PIQ.The majority of children temperament types were D and ID types.There was statistical significance between two groups in sensory integration function especially in basic learning ability.Conclusion Children with LD have characteristic intelligence structure,unique temperament and sensory integration dysfunction,integrated intervention should be taken.
