264例小儿病毒性肝炎心电图分析

肝炎病毒不仅可引起肝脏损害，而且可引起心脏受损导致心电图的改变，本组通过对２６４例肝炎患儿心电图分析发现，肝炎患儿心电图的改变与患儿临床情况下平行，病情越重，肝功能损害越重其心电图异常率越高，但其心脏损害往往较轻且是可逆的，笔者建议临床对肝炎患儿常规检查心电图并定期复查是很有必要的。

ELECTROCARDIOGRAM(ECG) ANALYSIS OF 264 CHILDREN WITH VIRAL HEPATITIS

Electrocardiogram (ECG) features of 264 children with viral hepatitis were analized. The resultsshowed that the hepatitis virus not only lead to damage of the liver,but also caused lcsion of the heart as well as ECG changes. The ECG changes were parallel with clinical status of the children. The more serious the disease,the higher abnormal rate of the ECG,But the lesion of the heart was mild and reversible. With the improvement of the hapetitis,the ECG changes were improved or even back to normal. However,we think that doctors should takc ECG as routin examination on children with hepatitis as to find our abnormal situalion and to be resoved properly.
