创伤骨科患者术后疼痛影响因素评估及护理对策

目的:探讨创伤骨科患者术后疼痛的影响因素并制定护理对策。方法:将282例创伤骨科患者随机分为观察组和对照组各141例,对观察组分析其影响术后疼痛的因素,并按VRS标准做出疼痛评估,在此基础上进行个体化护理;对照组按常规护理方法进行,观察并比较两组患者术后疼痛缓解情况。结果:两组患者术后疼痛情况比较无显著性差异(P0.05),采取不同护理方法后,观察组缓解率为69.5%,对照组缓解率为55.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:对于创伤骨科患者,术后根据疼痛评估进行个体化护理,可有效缓解疼痛。

Assessment of the influence factors of postoperative pain of patients with orthopedic trauma and institute strategy of nursing.

Objective：To study the influence factors of postoperative pain of patients with orthopedic trauma and the effect of individual nursing intervention. Methods：282 patients with emergent orthopedic trauma were randomly divided into observation group （n=141） and control group （n=141）.The factors that affecting postoperative pain were analyzed,meanwhile the assessment of pain was carried out according to VRS standard.Individual intervention of nursing care was adopted based on the assessment in observation group and routine nursing care was taken in control group.The improvement of pain was observed and compared.Results：No significant difference was found in the comparison of postoperative pain between the two groups （P0.05）. But the significant difference was found in the comparison of postoperative pain after individual nursing intervention was applied （P0.05）. The remission rate was 69.5% in observation group and 55.3% in control group. Conclusion： Individual nursing intervention is very effective in relieving postoperative pain of patients with emergent orthopedic trauma in the light of the assessment of the influencing factors leading to postopera-tive pain.
