幽门螺杆菌感染与人胃癌相关性研究

目的：幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）域染与人胃癌的关系日益引人关注，本文通过检测胃癌患者和正常人Ｈｐ感染情况，以探讨Ｈｐ感染与人胃癌的相关性。方法：按年龄和性别配对方法分别选取７４例胃癌患者（胃癌组）和７４名胃镜检查无明显异常者（对照组）．取胃窦正常组织，用ＰＣＲ方法扩增Ｈｐ，阳性者提示有Ｈｐ感染。结果：胃癌组和对照组Ｈｐ感染率分别为８２．４％和６６．２％，两者差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。胃癌组中，Ｈｐ感染率在早期胃癌和进展现胃癌间差异无显著性，而肠型胃癌明显较弥漫型胃癌高（Ｐ＜０．０１），非贲门部胃癌明显较贲门部胃癌高（Ｐ＜０．０６）。结论：Ｈｐ感染与胃癌密切相关。可能是肠型胃癌和非贲门部胃癌的重要危险因素。

Study on the association of Helicobacter pylori infection and human gastric cancer

Objectivea: To study the association of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and human gastric cancer(GC). Methods: 74 paired GC patients and 74 healthy individuals were selected according to age and aex, Hp was detected in gastric antral tissue by PCR method. Results: infection rates of Hp were 82.4 % in GC and 66.2% in healthy individuals. the difference was significant (P<0.05). The positive rates were higher in intestinal-type GC and non-cardic GC than in diffuse-type (P< 0.01) and cardiac (P< 0.05), respectively. No significant difference was found between early and advanced GC. Conclusions: Hp infection was closely related with GC, particularly in the intestinal-type and non-cardiac GC.
