慢性前列腺炎患者病原微生物检验结果分析及其耐药性观察

摘    要:目的 分析慢性前列腺炎患者病原微生物检验结果,并观察其药敏与耐药性,为临床合理使用抗生素提供参考依据。方法 以简单随机抽样法纳入2019年9月至2020年8月三六三医院泌尿外科收治的120例慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,采集患者标本进行病原微生物检验,观察病原体分布情况,分析药敏试验结果。结果 病原微生物检验阳性共47例,占39.17%,其中屎肠球菌14株(29.79%),大肠埃希菌10株(21.28%),溶血葡萄球菌6株(12.77%),表皮葡萄球菌6株(12.77%),肺炎克雷伯菌4株(8.51%),腐生葡萄球菌4株(8.51%),普通变形杆菌3株(6.38%)。药敏试验结果显示病原微生物对替加环素的敏感性较好,对左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液、达福普丁、四环素的耐药性高。结论 病原微生物检验用于慢性前列腺炎患者能确定感染病原体以及病原体对抗生素的耐药性,有利于确定更佳的抗生素用药方案。

Abstract:Objective To explore pathogenic microorganism test results,drug sensitivity and resistance in patients with chronic prostatitis so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics.Methods Simple random sampling method was used to include the data from September 2019 to August 2020 and 120 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis in urology department of our hospital were selected as the research object.The samples of patients were collected for pathogenic microorganism test and the distribution of infection was observed.The patients with positive test results were given drug sensitivity test and the results were analyzed.Results The positive cases of microbiological examination were 47 and the percentage was 39.17%.The distribution of infection showed that Enterococcus faecium was the most,14 strains,accounting for 29.79%,followed by Escherichia coli,10 strains,accounting for 21.28%,followed by Staphylococcus haemolyticus 6 strains(12.77%),Staphylococcus epidermidis 6 strains(12.77%),Klebsiella pneumoniae 4 strains(8.51%),saprophytic Staphylococcus 4 strains(8.51%)and Proteus vulgaris 3 strains(6.38%).The pathogen was sensitive to tegacyclin,and had high resistance to levofloxacin and sodium chloride injection,dafuptin and tetracycline.Conclusions The pathogenic microorganism test used in patients with chronic prostatitis and drug sensitivity analysis can determine the pathogen of infection and pathogen resistance to antibiotics and is conducive to determine a better antibiotic regimen and improve the rationality of antibiotic application.
