阿司匹林和氯吡格雷综合治疗心肌梗塞的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Myocardial Infarction

Objective:To observe and study the clinical application effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:112 patients with myocardial infarction treated in a hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected as research objects and divided into comprehensive group and control group according to random number table method.The comprehensive group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel,while the control group was treated with aspirin.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in comprehensive group(94.6%)was higher than that in control group(66.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PT,APTT,PAR and other indicators in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).APTT and PAR of patients in the comprehensive group were better than those in control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in PT after treatment between the comprehensive group and control group(P>0.05).The LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD of patients in the comprehensive group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in comprehensive group(3.6%)was lower than that in control group(14.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment with aspirin and clopidogrel for patients with myocardial infarction can achieve good results,which can not only improve the coagulation function and heart function of patients,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of vigorous promotion.
