Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of insulin aspart and biosynthetic human insulin on blood glucose control and complications of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:126 cases of gestational diabetes patients treated in a hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with biosynthetic human insulin,and the experimental group was treated with insulin aspart and biosynthetic human insulin.The difference in blood glucose levels,serum oxide levels,maternal and infant outcomes,and incidence of adverse reactions between the groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,HbAlc(5.24±0.67)%,FBG(5.21±0.77)mmol/L and 2hPG(5.42±0.63)mmol/L of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);Dialdehyde(MDA),reactive oxygen species(ROS),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the MDA(60.24±5.02)mmol/ml in the experimental group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The postpartum hemorrhage(3.17%),low birth weight infants(4.76%),fetal distress(1.59%),and neonatal asphyxia(0.00%)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 9.52%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The treatment of insulin aspart combined with biosynthetic human insulin for patients with gestational diabetes can effectively control blood glucose,regulate the balance of serum oxides and antioxidants,and improve maternal and infant outcomes,with high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
