Abstract:Objective:To investigate the implementation of the feedforward control of hypothermia and its application value in the surgical nursing of total hip replacement(THR)for osteonecrosis of the femeral head(ONFH).Methods:80 ONFH patients treated with THR in a hospital were randomly divided into group C(n=40)and group Y(n=40).Basic nursing and basic nursing+hypothermia feedforward control intervention were carried out in the surgical nursing,respectively.The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative hypothermia in the two groups was analyzed,and the hemorheology indexes and serum inflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups before and after surgery.Results:The incidence of hypothermia in group Y was 5%,lower than 20%in group C(P<0.05).12 hours after operation,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in group Y were lower than those in group C(P<0.05),and serum CRP,IL-1 and TNF-αin group Y were lower than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hypothermia feedforward control in the surgical nursing of ONFH patients undergoing THR treatment can effectively prevent the occurrence of hypothermia,improve the hemorheology indexes of patients,and reduce the inflammatory response.
