米杰辨治特发性膜性肾病经验

Experience by Professor MI Jie in Treating Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

Idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN) is a common clinical glomerular disease with the characteristics of repeated recurrence and prolonged course,and there is no optimal treatment protocol with consensus. Professor MI Jie has engaged in nephrology for more than 30 years,and treats IMN with integrated Chinese and western medicine effectively. Professor MI Jie believes that IMN pertains to deficient root and excessive branch,and the disease mechanism involves deficiency of spleen and kidney,intermingled dampness and stasis. Water,dampness,heat and stasis are the primary pathological factors. Methods of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen,removing dampness and resolving stasis are applied to treat both the branch and root with modification according to the symptoms to achieve obvious effect.
