The Effect of Transurethral Plasma Prostatectomy Combined with Orchiectomy on the Recovery of Middle and Advanced Prostate Cancer

Objective:To investigate the effect of transurethral plasma prostatectomy and orchiectomy on patients with prostate cancer.Methods:A total of 92 patients with middle and advanced prostate cancer treated in a hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prostatectomy combined with orchiectomy,and the observation group was treated with transurethral plasma prostatectomy combined with orchiectomy.The intraoperative and postoperative indexes of the two groups were evaluated,and the postoperative recovery effect was observed.Results:The intraoperative bleeding volume,catheterization time and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSS score,residual urine volume and PSA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the MFR was maintained better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral plasma prostatectomy combined with orchiectomy can reduce intraoperative damage,speed up postoperative recovery,and facilitate good postoperative recovery,which has high therapeutic value for patients with middle and advanced prostate cancer.
