血清S100b、TIMP1、FN1联合检验在子痫前期诊断中的价值

目的:探讨血清S100钙结合蛋白(S100b)、TIMP金属钛酶抑制剂(TIMP1)、纤连蛋白1(FN1)联合检验在子痫前期诊断中的价值。方法:选取2020年1月~2020年12月间某院收治的妊娠期子痫前期患者80例为试验组,选取同期健康孕中期妊娠妇女80例为对照组,检测两组血清S100b、TIMP1、FN1水平。采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)的曲线下面积(AUC)分析S100b、TIMP1、FN1在子痫前期诊断中的价值。结果:试验组血清S100b、TIMP1、FN1水平均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。S100b的AUC为(0.86±0.08),以93.27ng/L为阳性临界值,其灵敏度为89%、特异度为88%;TIMP1的AUC为(0.88±0.07),以80.95ng/L为阳性临界值,其灵敏度为91%、特异度为89%;FN1的AUC为(0.82±0.05),以35.93ng/L为临界值,其灵敏度为96%、特异度为63%。血清S100b、TIMP1、FN1联合检测在子痫前期诊断中,其灵敏度为93.75%(75/80)、特异度为88.75%(71/80)、准确度为91.25%(146/160)。结论:血清S100b、TIMP1、FN1联合检验在子痫前期诊断中具有良好效能。

The Value of Combined Test of Serum S100b,TIMP1 and FN1 in the Diagnosis of Preeclampsia

Objective:To explore the value of the combined test of serum S100 calcium binding protein(S100b),TIMP metal titanase inhibitor(TIMP1),and fibronectin 1(FN1)in the diagnosis of preeclampsia.Methods:80 cases of preeclampsia during pregnancy admitted to a hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and 80 healthy women during the second trimester of pregnancy at the same time were selected as the control group.The levels of serum S100b,TIMP1 and FN1 were detected in the two groups.The area under the curve(AUC)of receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to analyze the value of S100b,TIMP1,FN1 in the diagnosis of preeclampsia.Results:The serum levels of S100b,TIMP1 and FN1 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The AUC of S100b was(0.86±0.08),with 93.27ng/L as the positive cut-off value,the sensitivity was 89%,and the specificity was 88%;The AUC of TIMP1was(0.88±0.07),with 80.95ng/L as the positive cut-off value,the sensitivity was 91%,and the specificity was 89%.The AUC of FN1 was(0.82±0.05),with 35.93ng/L as the critical value,the sensitivity was 96%,and the specificity was 63%.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of combined detection of serum S100b,TIMP1 and FN1 in the diagnosis of preeclampsia was 93.75%(75/80),88.75%(71/80),and 91.25%(146/160),respectively.Conclusion:The combined test of serum S100b,TIMP1,FN1 has good efficacy in the diagnosis of preeclampsia.
