| 摘 要： | 目的:统计《临证指南医案》中便秘的医案,分析叶天士治疗便秘的用药规律.方法:收集并整理全书以便秘为主症的医案,将医案处方经过规范化处理后录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),统计处方中药物、药性药味、归经的频次,并对高频药味进行关联规则分析.结果:共纳入75首处方,涉及中药127味.用药频次较高(≥10次)的依次为苦杏仁、...
