Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on sedation and hemodynamics in patients undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty.Methods:Using the method of medical research and observation,60 patients with percutaneous vertebroplasty in a hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the different analgesic methods.The control group(30 cases)was given sufentanil alone,and the observation group(30 cases)was given dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil.Results:The clinical analgesic effect of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than 83.33%(25/30)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The indexes of PSVICA(cm/s),EDVICA(cm/s),PSVCCA(cm/s)of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine has definite sedative effect on patients undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty,and can restore the hemodynamic effect as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical application.
